Community Support Team
Your own mental health and substance abuse team assigned to work with you to get your life back on track by learning coping and stress management skills.

Intensive In Home
Providing self help and living skills training for families and youth. To prevent out of home placement, parents are provided with training to help build skills for coping with your child’s symptoms. Helping you implement home based behavioral support. (serving all counties)
 

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)
Helping individuals with severe mental illness to stay out of the hospital, stay out of jail and to keep or find housing.
 

 

CAP-C
The Community Alternatives Program for Children provides cost effective home care of medically fragile children (through age 20) who would otherwise require long term hospital or nursing facility care.
 

Community Guide
Part of the service array for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (I/DD). Community guides play a very important advocacy and community linkage role for consumers.
 

Outpatient Services
Medication management, therapy and crisis walk in service. (Gaston, Lincoln, Cleveland counties)

Mobile Crisis
Provide crisis relief in the community. (Gaston, Lincoln, Cleveland counties)
 

Supervised Living Low
10 supervised apartments designed to treat highly independent, mentally ill adult consumers who choose to live in a community environment.
